With a degree in Business Administration from Pisa University Sant’Anna School, Arrigo began his career in marketing at Procter & Gamble, then in management consulting with Bain & Co., before joining Bulgari, first as EVP North America and then GM Global Operations. In 2003 he became A.Testoni’s first non-family CEO. In 2006, he participated in the buyin/buyout of Moleskine and, as CEO, grew the company’s value 20-fold in 10 years. Since 2020 he has been Adjunct Professor Strategy Management at GSoM and collaborates with The Mind at Work Ltd., specializing in purpose-full leadership development.
