Veronica Chiodo holds a PhD in Management Engineering and is a Tenure-Track Assistant Professor at the School of Management of Politecnico di Milano. She completed her M.Sc. in Social Economics in 2014 at the University of Bologna. Her research interests focus on innovation in socially oriented hybrid organizations, hybrid business models, and corporate deep purpose. In 2017, she was a visiting PhD student at Heidelberg University and Middlesex University. She teaches subjects related to social innovation, social entrepreneurship, impact measurement, and business economics. She works as a consultant with social enterprises and impact investors, and as a researcher on various projects funded by the European Commission in the fields of social innovation, social entrepreneurship, and social outcome-based contracts. She is co-founder of the Politecnico di Milano spinoff, Triadi S.r.L. Società Benefit.
