Claudio Dell’Era is Full Professor in Future Making at Politecnico di Milano, where he serves also as Co-Founder of LEADIN’ Lab, the Laboratory of LEAdership, Design and INnovation. He is also Director of the “FUTURES | Sense Making by System Thinking” and “Design Thinking for Business” Observatories of the School of Management, Politecnico di Milano. He is the Co-Director of the Executive Programme in “Design-Driven Leadership” and the International Master in “Strategic Design for Innovation and Transformation” at the POLIMI Graduate School of Management and Poli.Design. Since January 2025 he is Chair of the PDMA Academic Committee (Product Development Management Association). He has published more than 100 journal papers, conference articles and chapters in edited books in the area of Innovation and Design Management.
