Doriano Marangon teaches Communication and Leadership at POLIMI GSoM, focusing on organizational behaviour and its connections with neuroscience. He speaks at conferences and executive education programs (MBA, EMBA) and has extensive experience as an Executive Coach and Key Speaker. He has held managerial positions in commercial and communication sectors and served as HR Development Manager for Italy and Europe, as well as Global Organization Development Director in a major European company. He lived in France for eight years and has designed and led numerous training programs worldwide. His research interests include leadership development, communication, change management, organizational culture, and digital innovation.
