Luciano Traquandi has a degree in Electronics at the Polytechnic of Milano. He worked for ten years in a multinational industrial environment, with experience in Europe, the Middle East, the Far East and North America.  He is since 1994 adjunct professor   in Organizational Socio-Psychology and in Human Resources in Multicultural context at LIUC University (Italy). He teaches Human Capabilities at POLIMI Graduate School of Management where he is scientific co-director of the Executive Programme “Spirituality and Management”. He has been for twenty years visiting professor at Paris 2 University.  He taught Unconventional Paradigms of Management at HEC, Paris.
