Alessandra Migliore is a researcher at Politecnico di Milano.
She received her Ph.D. in 2022 after a joint doctoral program between the Department of Management, Economics, and Industrial Engineering and the Department of Architecture, Construction Engineering, and Built Environment at Politecnico di Milano.
Her PhD thesis, “In search of an alternative workspace: disclosing academics’ spatial practices and productivity within and beyond the campus“, was defended with honors. She has been a visiting researcher at Delft University of Technology (Department of Management in the Built Environment) and at the University Carlos III de Madrid (Department of Business Administration). Alessandra is the primary instructor of the BSc course “Business Economics,” and she is teaching assistant of the courses “Building Types and Real Estate Functions” at Politecnico di Milano.
Throughout her career, she has provided consultancy to numerous organizations regarding workplace transformation processes and the development of their workplace strategies, particularly in relation to hybrid work, innovative workspaces, and associated services.
